Staffing Process Management Services

 

Dennhardt’s Staffing Process Management (SPM) Services have been created for companies that do not have full-time Human Resources Professionals on staff.  This new service enables our clients to tap into the expertise and resources of the Dennhardt staff without the high costs associated with contingency search fees.  Our careful screening processes help to eliminate many of the risks associated with hiring.  Staffing Project Management is a value added enhanced service that offers much more than just posting an opening to a job board. 

You can purchase SPM services as you need them.  Our In-bound processing is the most cost effective program.  You can upgrade to the proactive Out-bound process at any time for the additional fee.

This service must be paid for during our initial visit to discuss your opening and job description.  Dennhardt cannot guarantee that these efforts will provide a candidate that you will hire.

Candidate Search on Retainer $2500

 

  • A Dennhardt representative will personally meet with you to discuss the requirements of your opening.
  • After composing an advertisement, we will place the ad on the Star Tribune and Dennhardt websites. 
  • We will review all incoming resumes to your job posting.
  • We will send application forms and provide all necessary software testing & skill assessments.
  • We will personally phone screen all qualified prospects.     
  • Refer all qualified candidates to you with our recommendations. 
  • Inform candidates that are not being considered for the job opening to ensure good customer relations.
  • Check references on your top two or three candidates during the final stages of interviewing.
  • Assist with extending the job offer and negotiating the final details of salary, benefits and starting date.

Candidate Search Hourly $750

 

  • We will perform key word searches from the three most popular resume databases; The StarTribune.com, Monster.com and CareerBuilder.com. 
  • We will contact and personally phone screen the most qualified candidates that we find from this process.
  • We will send interested candidates application forms and provide all necessary software testing & skill assessments.
  • Refer all qualified candidates to you with our recommendations. 
  • Inform candidates that are not being considered for the job opening to ensure good customer relations.
  • Check references on your top two or three candidates during the final stage of interviewing.
  • Assist with extending the job offer and negotiating the final details of salary, benefits and starting date.
  • We will spend up to 7 hours of pro-active searching for the above rate; if more time is required our hourly bill rate is $100.

Fee Based Custom Contingency Search

 

If you choose to engage Dennhardt’s direct hire services to fill your opening, we will reduce our contingency fee by the amount your company has paid for our services.  For clients using SPM our fee for direct hire staffing is 20% of the employee’s annual starting salary for positions paying less than $40,000 and 25% for positions paying over $40,000.
