SUMMARY

Full charged accounting and booking skills needed on a part-time basis (20-30 hours). Peachtree Complete software and strong attention to detail needed to succeed in this position.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• All aspects of the accounting and bookkeeping process
• Ability to take action and provide account information to owners on current clients when needed
• Prior experience with account payable, account receivable, bank deposits, sales commissions, payroll
• Pull statements on AR aging accounts 
• Provide quality customer service for all current accounts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Peachtree Complete software
• Must be detail oriented with exceptional follow through skills  
• Account payable, account receivables, bank deposits, sales commission and payroll

• Knowledge of ACT database software helpful
