Job Objective:

A nationally recognized firm located in downtown Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Account Director with a minimum of 10-12 + years experience.

MAJOR DUTIES:

You will be responsible for managing and growing Target business, providing strategic vision for the Target brand, fostering the Target relationship, developing proposals, project estimates and presentations, and serving as an advocate for Target by understanding and communicating strategic and execution needs to internal resources.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

A qualified candidate will demonstrate an ability to think strategically, enjoy strong, authentic relationships, exhibit influential communication skills, move at a quick pace, demonstrate financial discipline, are flexible, and have an appreciation for design. Experience managing people and a history in retail a plus.
