JOB OBJECTIVE:

A nationally recognized firm located in downtown Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Account Director with a minimum of 8-10 years experience.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

You will be responsible for providing strategic vision for our clients’ brands, managing client relationships, developing proposals, agreements and presentations, managing and growing client business, and serving as an advocate for our clients by understanding and communicating strategic and execution needs to internal resources.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Our client is seeking someone passionate about ideas, creative innovation and collaboration and has a proven record in consumer branding and creative talent.

A qualified candidate will demonstrate an ability to instinctively manage brands and relationships, (retail a plus),  possess strategic, accountable marketing experience – consumer, business-to-business or both, enjoy strong, authentic relationships, articulate strategic and tactical direction both verbally and in writing, exhibit influential communication skills, is flexible, is a thoughtful partner who thrives in collaborative environments and skillfully manages and negotiates budgets and forecasts with a devotion to creativity and its process and has an appreciation for design.
